Respect for the workspace a tenant occupies throughout the day directs our decisions and compels us to provide an exceptionally high quality of janitorial service. We are aware that property managers and building owners serve their tenants through us. It is a responsibility we assume with great gratitude and pride.

Clients

The “communicate up” method Summit has with clients helps to ensure tenant satisfaction. We want you to look good, and one of the great ways we do that is by being your eyes and ears on a project. We'll make periodic recommendations for building enhancements, and help execute the improvements.

Environment

Summit Building Maintenance strives to achieve a healthier and cleaner environment by identifying and promoting products, and by partnering with asset owners and managers who recognize the benefit of becoming environmentally responsible. We are committed to being leaders in the use of cleaning methods and products.

Employees

Part of being a good neighbor is to bring our resources and employees together to inspire change. Through our relationships with local nonprofit organizations, we help support neighborhoods, improve communities, health and safety. We support our employees for one day of volunteer work in the organization of their choice.
